Hello!

My name is Emma Richardson-Calladine and I am the founder of waving back.

I am a Chartered Marketer and have expereince as a senior manager with over 20 years of experience working in various industries including fast moving consumer goods, technology, sustainability and destination marketing for both the private and public sector across the Channel Islands and the UK.

Before moving to Cornwall, I was the Recycling Manager for the Government of Jersey and I have continued to provide support to the Government of Jersey's Department of Infrastructure and Environment and work with the Strategic Policy, Planning and Performance Department to deliver a policy response, lead research and manage projects.

My qualifications include: BSc Psychology (Hons), MSc Education for Sustainability, Chartered Marketer, WRAP Recycling Manager, Forest & Beach School Leader and UN Climate Change Learn Accredited Teacher.
