In either case, you need an approach to adopting AI such that you minimise the risk of loss of IP (Intellectual Property) and maximise the value of the technology. Shaun can lead you through the adoption to support your business strategy
Fractional / Part Time IT Leader: No IT department is perfect – what is your challenge? It could be in any of the spaces in which Shaun has experience:
- Converting your IT department from an overhead cost, to one that is aligned to supporting your strategy

An engagement can be in both a project mode (i.e. a technology assessment), or on a fractional model which would mean that Shaun joins your senior team on a regular cycle – weekly, monthly or multiple days per week. This would be selected based upon the scale and complexity of the challenge we face.
